This workgroup focuses on optimizing behavioral health service provision and improving outcomes for individuals with diagnosable behavioral health conditions. Its scope includes assessing the structure and capacity of behavioral health resources, provider workflows, and access to timely care. Based on this assessment, the workgroup will develop recommendations for the Howard County Executive to address service gaps, strengthen coordination, and expand access to behavioral health services.
