Howard County Government offices and more will be closed on Friday, July 3rd in observance of the Independence Day holiday. There will be REGULAR Friday curbside trash, recycling, yard trim, and food scrap collection on July 3rd and the Alpha Ridge Landfill will be open. For the residents residing in Ellicott City who receive Saturday curbside trash collection, those collections will still occur as scheduled on July 4th.
