Howard County Executive Calvin Ball and the Howard County Police Department (HCPD) Acting Chief Terrence O. Benn today announced the launch of HCPD’s Real-Time Information Center (RTIC), a new technology initiative aimed at giving officers and investigators real-time situational awareness during active incidents.
