A Howard County construction project to stabilize a streambank near Field 2 at Troy Park at Elkridge, in order to protect a 61-inch diameter County Champion Swamp White Oak tree located just east of the field, is scheduled to begin on or about Monday, December 1st. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by January 2026.
