Atholton Park Handball Court Renovation Project Begins

Folly Quarter Road Pipe Culvert Crossing Replacement to Begin
A Howard County construction project to replace a failed pipe culvert crossing near 12300 Folly Quarter Road in Ellicott City, is expected to begin on or about Wednesday, September 15th. While two-way traffic will be maintained at all times along the roadway via a flagging operation, motorists can expect delays during construction hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by late September.
