The County's Department of Public Works’ Bureau of Highways’ Traffic Engineering Division will hold a second community outreach meeting on Tuesday, May 20th, to present its final traffic calming plans for Columbia’s Phelps Luck Drive and High Tor Hill. The project will implement strategies available in the County’s recently updated Howard County Neighborhood Traffic Calming Policy, to combat excessive vehicular speeds along these two roadways.
